Private Direct Reimbursement Network

Our Private Direct Reimbursement network allows members to take advantage of a 20% discount on private treatment and a no-cash transaction on all fully covered procedures.

Member visits a participating private dentist.

Dentist verifies member eligibility and benefit allowance through Munroe Sutton.

Private treatment is discounted by 20%.

Member only pays when a portion is not covered.

Dentist submits invoice to Munroe Sutton for validation and processing.

Report transmitted to insurer to pay dentist directly.

National Fees Direct Reimbursement Network

Our National Fees Direct Reimbursement network provides members with a cashless NHS experience when they visit a participating dentist.

Member does not pay band or service fee at the time of service (unless benefit has been exhausted).
